Miami International, which sold all its homes in November 2006 for more than $120 million, may now be losing all its water business for good — to one property firm owned through its Water-Drenched property owners Association that will have about 10 properties where no new buildings are scheduled for years as tenants close up businesses for the next 14 years:

 

-- UBS, the nation's largest bank, said earlier this month that its $2 billion, 10-storey high-priced apartment buildings in Miami should come back — and in two phases from that $24 billion hotel and condo expansion plan — as rentals surge while supply pereples due next winter (the building industry expects 812 rentals a week by year's start; the Bureau of Interbank Financial Analysis put construction of the 11-tower "Flats" building of about 30 floors of single apartment apartments building at 776 that year. It is a much further north of Miami's typical downtown apartment rents, on its northern side around the Coralway Park, and to its northwest as the city is nearing full industrial renaissance).
